  3. Hello Jayesh, congratulations for the great job on sanitation. I´m really interested in understanding how you envolved stakeholders during and after the process, or if you just offered the plattform during a certain period to capture ideas.
    Tks for sharing!

  4. Thanks Luciana, appreciate your comments. We were involved in challenge formulation (which was also a open innovation effort, but offline one, where stakeholders from 15 different states gathered at one place for two days). Post then we hosted the challenge on our platform. Where the existing users of our platform participated. We also have a proprietary technology which reaches out to the innovators across the world, same was used and half the solutions came using this search technology. We are still working with the consortium for the next phase and other needs and are part of program management team working on the implementation of the solution. Hope this helps. Do let me know if we can help you in any ways.

  6. Hi Jayesh,

Outstanding presentation of your case study. Thank you for sharing and for your contributions to the collaborative innovation science. The case study helped me see how i can leverage and integrate an open collaborative innovation approach with the improve phase of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology or with the Design for Lean Six Sigma methodology.

I invite you to share this case study with the LinkedIn Lean Six Sigma Group where over 70,000 business process improvement professionals network.

  8. Thanks all for your kind words.

    Hi Steven –

We too are actively looking at how to integrate light weight lean, six sigma, triz into our platform. These unique methodologies and wisdom of crowds is a deadly combination! Do let me know if you we should work together on some of these aspects.

I have shared the case study in the group as per your request.

    Let’s keep in touch.

    Best Regards
    Jayesh
